Newly built  apartment house is situated in a restful part of Špindlerův Mlýn, Bedřichov. It is 5 minutes walk from the centre. 

From the sports facility Medvědín, which is at 7 minutes walk distance, it is possible to reach  the boarding house on skis. From apartments it is possible to observe night skiing on Hromovka, which is at 5 minutes walk distance . In winter season it is possible to use cost-free ski bus, whose stop is 100 meters far from the house. Next to the boarding house there are also a snowtubing park, ski lift for beginners and ski school situated.
 
For relaxation in summer there is an outdoor terrace with possibility to do barbecue  available, with a beautiful view of neighbouring mountain tops and Špindlerův Mlýn valley. Sports enjoyment  in the area of 5 minutes walk distance: aquacentre  swimming pool, whirlpool, spiral chute , backflow, (heavy sea), paddling pool for children, solarium, massages, bowling, squash, tennis, fitness, shooting-range, bob-sled track, tennis school. Many  restaurants in the vicinity of our boarding house and in the town will offer you not just specialties of the Giant Mountains cuisine.
